Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website or services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
The Family Freedom Travel Co. provides luxury travel planning, concierge booking, and curated accommodation services primarily across Southeast Asia. Our AI Concierge tool is provided as a planning aid and its recommendations are subject to availability and confirmation by our human team.
- All itineraries generated by the AI Concierge are indicative and subject to availability.
- Final pricing is confirmed only upon receipt of a written booking confirmation from us.
- We act as an agent for accommodation providers and experience operators.
Bookings and Payment
A booking is confirmed only when we have received your deposit or full payment (as specified) and issued a written booking confirmation. The following apply to all bookings:
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
- The balance is due no later than 60 days before your departure date.
- Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors prior to booking confirmation.
Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 60 days before departure: Deposit forfeited.
- 30–60 days before departure: 50% of total booking value.
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total booking value.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation. Amendments may incur administration fees and are subject to availability.
Limitation of Liability
The Company acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any third-party service providers, including accommodation operators, airlines, or transfer companies.
Our maximum liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total sum paid by you for that booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
